Drinking any type of alcohol is a personal choice. Although the Ports, Cognacs, Aperitifs and Wine tastings are often experienced on The Tour Stops Here ®, tasting experiences are not an opportunity to over consume alcohol. In addition, tasting at the wineries or distilleries does not include, nor do they provide additional wines or any other alcohol after their complimentary tastings. Favorites are available for purchase for later consumption; any form of open containers while driving between destinations is NOT permissible. Smoking is never allowed or tolerated anytime inside the rental cars, vans or any vehicles used by client’s. Overall in Portugal, smoking is not allowed indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas even at the accommodations.
All our guests deserve a fun, feel-safe, positive experience. Therefore, we reserve the right to protect our guests from any belligerent acts; verbal or otherwise (we have a zero-tolerance policy) and we will promptly notify the authorities as needed. You will be immediately removed from the remaining tour destinations, removed from your accommodation and the like and then asked to return and relocate yourself to Lisbon (or destination of your choice), at entirely your own expense. You also forfeit your right to any refund; in part or total to the remaining fees for organizing your tour; including and not limited to accommodations, meals, sight-seeing, remaining activities, et al.
The Tour Stops Here ® has the right to change, alter and omit any portion of an itinerary for the benefit of the group or person(s) traveling, of or related to weather, mechanical issues, etc. The Tour Stops Here ®, cannot and will not be responsible of inclement weather or any other unforeseen G-d like acts that can inhibit a safe experience, or as deemed by the Portuguese authorities (i.e. GNR (National Republican Guard) & PSP (Public Security Police) to comply for safety reasons. The Tour Stops Here ® will do its best to help its guests have a positive experience; however, this is not a guarantee and not a refundable subject at all, as guest(s) experience travel uniquely; therefor The Tour Stops Here ® must be and will be fully indemnified for issues related to guest(s) reactions, non-reactions and experiences to such form of travel.

We are not responsible for loss or damage of/to personal property on the tours. We are not responsible for delays due to accidents, mechanical breakdowns, adverse traffic or weather conditions while on tour. We reserve the right to modify and are not limited too any/all itinerary stops, destinations, vehicles, visits and/or activities based on weather conditions, Portuguese Authorities directive (i.e. GNR (National Republican Guard) & PSP (Public Security Police), natural disasters, group needs, medical issues or conditions, issues/conditions beyond our control.
